Terms & Conditions:

• Room rates are quoted in Philippine Peso (PHP), per room per night and subject to 10% service charge and 12% VAT and 1.5% Local tax
• Room rates are inclusive of daily breakfast and Internet at hotel's restaurant
• Rates are valid for single and double (twin) occupancy. Extra Bed or Sofa Bed is chargeable
• Complimentary room stay and breakfast for children under 12 years of age (maximum 2) sharing parents' room and bedding
• Rates are valid for individual booking only, not applicable for group reservations and reservations for meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions
• Bookings are subject to space availability at time of reservations
• All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card that is valid throughout the stay
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations, where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances contained or resulted from a mistake or error
• Centara Hotels & Resorts reserves the rights to cancel or amend bookings if they do not follow our terms & conditions

Standard Payment, Cancellation, & No Show Policies ( during Low & High Season ):

• Booking confirmation is subject to credit card guaranteed at time of reservation
• Full cancellation charge applied if cancel less than 3 days prior to arrival
• Any short stay or early departure is subject to full charge equals to full period of stay
• One night charge applied in case of non arrival
